Once you book, we’ll send you access to our online planning questionnaire so you can share your must-play songs, do-not-play list, and timeline preferences at your own pace. Two to three weeks before the wedding, we sit down together and walk through every detail — from the first dance to the last song — so nothing is left to chance. Think of it as a final rehearsal for the soundtrack of your night.
CEREMONY
The ceremony sets the tone for everything that follows. We handle the processional, recessional, and everything in between — plus provide a crystal-clear wireless mic for your officiant and readers. Whether you want something classic, cinematic, or completely unexpected, we’ll make sure every note lands exactly when it should.
Cocktail Hour
Your guests’ first chance to settle in, grab a drink, and catch up. We set the mood with background music at the right volume — lively enough to keep the energy going, relaxed enough that people can actually have a conversation. Hand-pick the vibe or leave it to us. Either way, it’ll feel effortless.
Reception
This is what everyone’s been waiting for. We coordinate every moment with your other vendors so the timeline runs seamlessly — from a grand entrance that gives you chills to a dance floor that doesn’t quit. We read the room, build the energy, and know exactly when to shift gears. The goal? A celebration your guests won’t stop talking about.
